無損磁記憶檢測
無損磁記憶檢測是一種通過檢測金屬材料表面磁場變化來評估材料內(nèi)部缺陷的技術(shù)方法。
檢測范圍
無損磁記憶檢測主要應(yīng)用于金屬結(jié)構(gòu)件、焊接接頭、軌道、管道、風(fēng)力發(fā)電設(shè)備、橋梁、船舶以及其他金屬制品的質(zhì)量檢測。

檢測方法
通過對被檢測物體表面施加交變磁場，利用磁特性隨應(yīng)力和結(jié)構(gòu)變化的特點，檢測材料內(nèi)部的缺陷、應(yīng)力和疲勞損傷情況，進(jìn)而判斷材料的可靠性。
檢測儀器
常用的無損磁記憶檢測儀器有K-MEM、MMI-200、MMI-1000等，具有高靈敏度、易操作等特點。
