降解性能測(cè)試
降解性能測(cè)試是指對(duì)材料、產(chǎn)品或化合物在特定條件下的降解性能進(jìn)行評(píng)估和測(cè)試的一種檢測(cè)方法。通過(guò)測(cè)試可以了解材料在環(huán)境中或特定條件下的降解情況，為產(chǎn)品的優(yōu)化改進(jìn)提供依據(jù)。
檢測(cè)范圍
降解性能測(cè)試主要檢測(cè)對(duì)象包括但不限于生物降解材料、塑料制品、醫(yī)藥產(chǎn)品、農(nóng)藥、環(huán)境污染物等。根據(jù)不同的降解對(duì)象，測(cè)試方法也會(huì)略有不同。
檢測(cè)項(xiàng)目分類
降解性能測(cè)試的項(xiàng)目主要分為生物降解性能、光降解性能、熱降解性能等。生物降解性能主要考察材料在自然環(huán)境中被微生物降解的速度和效率，光降解性能測(cè)試則是評(píng)估材料在光照條件下的穩(wěn)定性，熱降解性能測(cè)試指的是材料在高溫條件下的穩(wěn)定性。
檢測(cè)方法和檢測(cè)儀器
常用的檢測(cè)方法包括 gravimetric method、evolved gas analysis (EGA)、thermogravimetric analysis (TGA)、differential scanning calorimetry (DSC)等。相應(yīng)的檢測(cè)儀器有熱重天平、差示掃描量熱儀等。
