成品油損耗率檢測是指通過對各類油品在運輸、存儲和使用過程中的損耗率進行檢測和分析，以評估油品性能穩(wěn)定性及使用壽命，保證油品質(zhì)量及有效使用。
檢測范圍
可以進行成品油損耗率的檢測范圍包括但不限于：汽油、柴油、潤滑油、燃料油等各類成品油產(chǎn)品。
檢測項目
成品油損耗率檢測項目主要包括：蒸發(fā)損耗率、氧化安定性、高溫沉積物、金屬含量等性能指標。
檢測方法
常用的檢測方法包括氧熱法、FTIR光譜法、原子吸收光譜法等，通過檢測以上性能指標，確定油品在使用過程中的損耗情況。
檢測儀器
氧熱法儀器用于測試樣品的蒸發(fā)損耗率；FTIR光譜儀器能夠分析油品中的氧化產(chǎn)物；原子吸收光譜儀用于檢測油品中的金屬含量。
